Seasonal Rental Specifics

RATES: Please call Barbara at (239) 567-5322
for the most recent, accurate rates.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 deposit is required to
confirm your reservation within 10 days of booking. It is held until
departure, and cannot be applied as rent. The deposit is refundable within
two (2) weeks after departure, providing there has been no damage to the
unit or its contents. A Cleaning Fee of $80.00 will automatically be
deducted from each Security Deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A processing fee of $50.00 will
be deducted from all reservation deposits upon notification. If you must
cancel your reservation a Minimum 60 day notice is required prior to your
arrival date. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, your entire Security
Deposit will be forfeited, unless the unit you reserved can be re-booked
from our waiting list within 30 days of original arrival date. NO Refunds
for early check-outs or late arrivals.
RENTAL PAYMENTS: All rental payments are due on the
day or arrival and check-in. We accept travelers checks, money orders, or
personal checks made payable to Vision One Realty Group. IF you are staying
more than one month, all rents are due and payable on the first day of each
month at the Vision One Realty Office.
TAXES: An 11% tax (6% State and 5% County) is required
by law for all rentals less than 6 months. Add to rate shown.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 10am to 4pm.
Check out time is by Noon. ALL units are rented by the Calendar month,
meaning the 1st day of each month to the last day of each month. Prior
approval of the Property Manager is required for late check out. Otherwise,
an extra day's rent will be charged.
REQUESTING SPECIFIC UNITS: We will strive to honor
reservation requests for a specific unit. However. due to Owner changes,
removal of unit from rental program or other problems, we CANNOT Absolutely
Guarantee a specific unit.
TELEPHONE USAGE: All units provide local phone
service. You must use a calling card or credit card to call long distance.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RULES: Tenant agrees to abide by
the Rules and Regulations in effect in the community where your condo is
located.
ALL UNITS ARE CLEANED AND INSPECTED BEFORE AND AFTER
TENANT'S OCCUPANCY. Vision One Realty Group is NOT responsible for Owner's
choice in furnishings, decor, or equipment. However, ALL Owners have been
given a MINIMUM EQUIPMENT REQUIRED list as a recommendation to Owners for
tenant's comfort and enjoyment of the unit. |
