Vision One Realty Group is an on site office in Riverbend Golf and River Club located two miles east of Business 41 or three miles west of I-75 exit 143 on Bayshore Rd. (SR78) in North Fort Myers.

We will go out of our way to find the perfect winter "get-away" for you. We currently have Seasonal rentals in three communities. All are 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condos, fully furnished and equipped. Utilities are included. Just bring your suitcase! Some owners will offer a discount for stays over three months. Please inquire at time of booking.

Three or more month stays are booked first, then two months, and one month reservations are booked last. All reservations are based on availability at time of request. There is a $100 extra charge over the monthly rate for a second couple in any unit. There is no extra charge for guests in your unit who stay seven days or less. Maximum legal occupancy for a 2 bedroom unit is six occupants at any one time.
